Yesterday, year 6 enjoyed international food day when they took on 4 different countries (Mexico, Spain, Germany and Italy) and battled it out to make the best authentic food.  Throughout the day they researched the country, created posters on specific cuisine and tasted food from around the world. This is a great way to encompasses cultural diversity. We then invited parents in to taste the food. 

6G chose Mexican so we made fajitas.
