Weekly Review:

Year 6 have had a fantastic week.

In English this week we have been reading the book Wonder. In the text the main character starts a new school, we have been linking this to our feelings about transitioning to a new school and to our PSHE learning.

In maths this week year 6 have had a great time creating their own maths board games. They have thought very carefully about their ideas and created complex year 6 level maths games.

In UBBC the children have been reflecting on their learning about WW2 and they have been further exploring cause and consequence and primary and secondary sources.

Rehearsals for Oliver are well underway and it has been so lovely to hear year 6's wonderful singing, and see their great dancing and fabulous acting. We can't wait to rehearse more next week!
