Should Tim the ostler have told the King's men about The Highwayman and his plan to leave with Bess? 

This is the question we debated today in groups. Some of us argued that he absolutely did the right thing whilst others argued that he should have told the King's me. In small groups, the children planned what they wanted to say and how they would say it. They then took part in mini debates with an opposing team.
