Does The Highwayman deserve to die for the crimes he committed? Today we went back in time. We Imagined the Highwayman had been arrested and taken to court for the his crimes. The judge had to decide whether he should be hung for the crimes he had committed.
During our debate we made sure:
- We had a strong introduction
- Spoke confidently and made eye contact.
- Made sure everyone had a role
- We used persuasive language, evidence and facts to prove our argument is best.
- Finished with a strong conclusion.
We are looking forward to writing our argument up tomorrow.
