Adaptation: These are characteristics that are influenced by the environment the living thing lives in.

During our lesson we discussed the scientific definition of  adaptation  and as a  class we all shared some fantastic facts about lots of different animals. We looked at a range of animals and habitats and discussed how they have adapted to their environment. 6Y researched a variety of animals of their choice and looked at how they have adapted over time. 6Y created fabulous, well presented findings about a range of animals.
