Upton turned bright yellow today in support of "Hello Yellow" - a day organised by Young Minds. Young Minds is a charity that supports young people with mental health and it was great to explore this with the children. At Upton we understand that our mental health can change all the time; it is the strategies of mindfulness, communication and positive thinking that can help us through this.
