5R poetry - Colour Outside The Lines
"I was always told to colour inside the lines,
but sometimes lines just confine your mind"
The opening to this poem by Jared Louche inspired our writing this week - 5R created poems of creativity and vibrancy, using colours to describe emotions, sounds and actions. By "colouring outside the lines" children were given the freedom of expression that only poetry can allow and we had a great time writing and sharing out poetry.
