At Upton we are always looking for new ways to offer our children the opportunity to experience

new sports in a fun environment. We are delighted to announce that we will be running a

‘Multi-Sports’ Holiday Club over the upcoming summer break.

Children will have the chance to learn the skills required for a variety of different sports, take part in holiday club tournaments and challenges and even win medals. The emphasis will be on fun! The club will be run by our Head of PE, Mr Tift and other Upton Junior School sports staff.

The club will run over two weeks from Monday 30^th July - Friday 3^rd August and

Monday 6^th - Friday 10^th August, from 9am until 3pm.

The club will cost £18 per day (the equivalent of £3 per hour) or £70 for all 5 days, each week.

There is also the option for children to attend the morning sessions only.

Children will need a packed lunch and water for the day and should come dressed in suitable clothing for outdoor sports activities. Parents of children involved must include all relevant medical information on the form below and ensure children have any relevant medical items with them each day.

If you would like your child to attend, please fill in the slip below and return it to the school office by Friday 20^th July 2018. Please note that we are only able to offer places at the club to Upton children.
