This week's homework task has a geography twist. Your task is to find out as much as you can about your favourite wild animal. 

You can use an encyclopedia, books, magazines or the internet. Find out where the animal is from, what type of environment it likes, is it a carnivore or herbivore, does it live in large groups or alone, is it endangered? There are lots of different aspects of your animal to explore, these are just a few ideas.

How you choose to present this is up to you. Print or cut out pictures (ask permission from an adult before you do this), or draw your own picture. You could do a mind map, a fact file or write the facts as bullet points. Explain why it is your favourite.
