Four promising young violinists from Upton String Ensemble joined pupils from schools all over East Kent to take part in a special concert on Saturday at St Lawrence College, where they played alongside the professional & semi-professional players of Revelation Strings. It was an exciting & varied programme with the Revellers joining the orchestra for performances of Stravinsky's "Firebird", Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen and then accompanying a narrator for the story of Willy the Wimp.
