Remember that swimming for the Rs&Ys is on Monday this term. Please ensure children have the swimming kits.

Our PE day will continue to be on Tuesdays - Children should come in their PE kits.

Maths KPI’s have been sent home this week, please make sure parents have read through to see our maths focus for this term.

14^th November- Odd socks day with normal school uniform for anti-bullying week.

Home Learning Task

This week throughout our PSHE learning we have been focusing on safety. Your homework task this week is to create a create a guide for adults all about how to stay safe online. You can present this however you like… it could be a poster, powerpoint etc.

Reading:         ​

Minimum 3x a week. Reading record must be signed by an adult. Can be completed on your own or with your parents.

Spelling Shed:

Friday to Friday.

Tasks will be completed online, with new tasks set every week.

Tasks will always follow the spellings being taught in class that week.

Time Tables Rock Stars:         ​

Minimum 3x a week.

Can be completed on tablets, laptops or mobile phones though the app or the website.

My Maths:

Once a week – Friday to Friday.

Weekly Review:

We had an excellent ‘Good to be me day’ at the start of the week. Exploring the key theme of safety, the children learnt about safety around water, first aid responses and how to be safe online and with mobile phones. The children took part in a variety of activities such as designing app guides and drama activities!

On Friday we have been learning all about the religion Hinduism. As Diwali has recently been celebrated the children learnt about the religion and the different gods. In addition to this, we are really looking forward to taking part in Bollywood workshops next week!
