Max shares some secondary information about the San Francisco earthquake of 1989.
We were treated to some information about the San Francisco earthquake of 1989 on Friday, after Max's great uncle sent him some memorabilia from the event. On 17th October 1989, a 6.9 magnitude earthquake hit San Francisco at the same time Max's great uncle was watching a football match in a nearby stadium. In the picture you can see the front cover of the local newspaper, the morning after the event, and a brick from a building, which was grounded during the earthquake. What a fascinating speech Max gave about his great uncle's experience. Thank you so much for sharing, and a massive thank you to Max's great uncle for sending the items through the post - all the way from America.
