Purple Day: 22nd May 2014
Upton will be supporting the cause 'End Polio Now' in conjunction with the Rotary Club, Broadstairs. We would like all pupils to come into school dressed in as much purple as they wish in exchange for a donation, a minimum of 50p per child, on Thursday 22nd May.
We will be helping to raise funds for this very worthwhile cause in school this week.
Chris Elliot from the local Rotary Club came and spoke to the children in an assembly last week.
For a donation, a minimum of 50p per child, pupils can come to school in as much purple as they wish.
