During UBBC, we delved into the history of some of the largest volcanic eruptions that planet Earth has ever seen. The children used iPads to research the dates of when the eruptions took place and then added the pictures to their timeline. They attached the pictures to a piece of string in the correct order. The eruptions dated as far back as 79AD - the eruption of Mount Vesuvius, which devastated the city of Pompeii.
