We were lucky enough to visit Kent Life in Maidstone for another jam packed WWII experience. We engaged in RAF navigation - making links to our maths and use of protractors to find the enemy planes. We experienced what it would have been like to be evacuated and wrote letters home. We even joined the Home Guard and practised our marching skills. We went on to look at re created WWII houses and Andersen shelters. It was great to build on the learning from the classroom.
