3R and 3Y were incredibly lucky with the bright and beautiful weather on Tuesday this week. We braced into chilly Broadstairs to identify some of the local landmarks including the Bandstand, Bleak House, the railway station and Crampton Tower. We discussed their functions and how they may have changed throughout the years. This linked with our History learning in our UBBC topic "It's a Small World" as we compared our local landmarks with a landmarks in South Africa.
