6R- Animal Adaptation

This week in Science 6R have been focusing on how animals have adapted over time to survive in their habitats.

During the lesson we discussed what adaptation is and the class all showed so much enthusiasm and shared some fantastic facts about lots of different animals. We looked at a range of animals and habitats and discussed how they each have adapted to their environment. The class were then given the task of researching how two animals of their choice have adapted over time. 6R created very interesting, well presented findings about a range of animals. Have a look at the excellent examples below!
