The Year 6 children were brilliant every day this week. Their mature attitude and determination to show what they could do was a real pleasure to see. Every child should be very proud of themselves.

Additionally, the children were also very excited to find out this year’s Year 6 production after the final test on Thursday – High School Musical.

After a long wait, the secret is finally out… our Year 6 production this year will be High School Musical Jr! 🎭⭐

The children were very excited to find out the big news on Thursday afternoon, and we are already looking forward to starting rehearsals for what promises to be a fantastic show.

Audition scripts have now been handed out in school. For children wishing to audition for a singing role, the audition song section and a QR code has also been provided. Copies of all audition materials are attached below for anyone who may need them at home.

Please make sure children read the instructions carefully before preparing for their auditions.

Auditions will take place on Wednesday afternoon. Once auditions have been completed, the Year 6 team will decide who will play each role and children will then receive their scripts.

We encourage everyone to get involved, have fun and give it their best shot! We cannot wait to see the amazing talent Year 6 has to offer and are excited to begin our High School Musical Jr journey together.
