On Thursday 10th October Upton turned yellow (3Y's favourite colour) to celebrate World Mental Health Day. The money raised goes to a charity called Young Minds, the UK's leading charity fighting for children and young people's mental health. The children took part in a discussion all about recognising how we are feeling, and knowing who to go to if we are feeling low.
