This week, inspired by our current topic 'Rock Bottom', 3Y created our very own cave paintings. To help us set the scene we turned our tables on their side to feel like we were drawing on a cave wall. We studied cave paintings, looked at the colours used, and copied stencils. To help us bring the look to life we used pastels and a variety of smudging and blending techniques.
