Mrs Pellett carefully cordoned off the area before we arrived in the morning, for our own safety of course!

As a class, we were very excited about exploring where this black hole led. Some of us thought it could lead us back in time or to a far away galaxy. We stepped closer and peered in but were careful not to fall in! We thought this would be a great opportunity for some creative writing so we wrote stories imagining we had fallen in to the hole. 

The news of the black hole spread quickly around the school and even the year 6 teachers came down to have a look during the day! Mrs Pellett is hoping Mr Dean, the caretaker, will have managed to find away to fix it before Monday! Let's wait and see...
