On Monday Fizz Pop Science came into year 4, at Upton, to demonstrate how electricity moves around. The children were shown a Van de Graaff generator, where they passed on a small electrical charge from their hand to a partners hand and a plasma globe where they understood how electricity wants to travel to the ground and uses them as a means of earthing itself. A sciencetastic day was had by all of the children.
