This afternoon the children took part in running either 1 mile, 3 miles or 6 miles around the school field. They were raising money for Sport Relief and an amazing time was had by all! 

Throughout the day, they had learnt about the day in the life of a sportsman during English. The watched a video yesterday to understand a day in the life of Jack Bateson (professional boxer for team GB.) Today they used this understanding to write about a day in the life of a sportsman of their choice.
