WWII Experience Day at Kent Life - 6B
On Tuesday, 6B had a fantastic time at Kent Life experiencing WWII! Throughout the course of the day we took part in a number of war based activities including Air Craft Navigation; Evacuation and writing letters and Home Guard Marching. The day was extremely informative and we found out so much which we have already applied to our learning this week. As well as this, we spent time exploring Kent Life including looking at all the animals and the various war time buildings which made us reliase how much life has changed since war times.
We were also really excited to jump in the tractor and go for a bumpy ride around the whole facility. Before boarding the coach, we were able to pop into cuddle corner and meet Lottie the rabbit, a guinea pig and a small hen. It was a super day!
