Today, 6B took part in a number of mathematical activities in order to support the NSPCC. They started the morning by creating tangrams and solving an escape room puzzle in which they had to solve ten mathematical clues in order to find the correct 10 digit code! Then, they solved a football shirt investigation and did some work on spirals using their knowledge of position, direction and angles. Finally, they explored shape and number outside in the sunshine. A great day was had by all.
