We looked at positive and uplifting quotes and thought of some positive affirmations in order to keep a positive mindset. We thought about daily goals and being kind to everyone. Take a look at some of our positive affirmations below.
An affirmation, sometimes known more precisely as a positive affirmation, is a short, positive statement that is designed to be frequently repeated in order to enforce positive thinking.
Affirmations are personal, in that they are meant to be used when the person using them is referring to themselves. As such, they typically start with “I…” or “I am…” followed by a positive quality.
Some examples of positive affirmations include:
- I am open and ready to learn.
- I am a good friend.
- I am compassionate.
- I am smart.
- I am creative.
- I am unique.
- I am helpful.
- I am loved.
- I care for others.
- I have people who love and respect me.
- I can and I will.
- I always try my best.
- I show empathy to others.
- I can be anything I want to be.
